Who We Are Looking For

Prefer experienced farmer or farming couple with at least 3=5 years’ experience in vegetable production. Passionate, community oriented, organized, entrepreneurial, creative, nimble and willingness to work hard and embrace the work and lifestyle of farming.

Skill Sets would include:

• Demonstrated marketing history

• Demonstrated financial management of business

• Demonstrated vegetable production to serve CSA and/or other fresh market venues

• Leadership

• Commitment

• Mechanical aptitude in basic maintenance and operating vegetable equipment

Priority will be given to applicants who are interested in the whole shebang! However, incubators welcome to apply to grow into the farm manager role.

Established customer base, farmer’s market, and business accounts for direct, retail, and online sales included. Housing available, terms negotiable.
